Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $90k - 100K Base Salary (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + Monthly Bonus + Revenue Incentives
Earning Potential: $120K–$130K+ (salary and bonuses)

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive General Manager for a high-performing European-focused repair shop in Atlanta, GA. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with strong independent shop experience, a passion for European vehicles, and a track record of driving team success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a busy automotive repair shop with high car count and revenue
• Drive sales performance through effective service processes and customer experience
• Coach, mentor, and support service advisors and technicians to maximize productivity
• Monitor KPIs including ARO, labor hours, and overall shop efficiency
• Ensure high-quality customer service and retention through strong communication
• Collaborate with technicians on workflow, diagnostics, and repair approvals
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive management role (Service Manager or General Manager)
• Strong background in independent repair shops (required)
• European vehicle knowledge (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, etc.) preferred
• Proven ability to drive revenue and improve shop performance metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric or similar preferred)
• Positive, team-first attitude with a focus on long-term success
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Compensation & Benefits
