Location: Burley, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $40–$56/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan)
Earning Potential: $80,000–$100,000/year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Diesel Technician to join our growing team in Burley, ID. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who excels in heavy diagnostics, takes pride in quality work, and values teamwork and professionalism.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• $28/hour base pay

• Plus $28 per billed hour

• Hybrid pay plan

• Strong earning potential based on productivity

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs 

• Work on Light and Medium duty Trucks

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

• Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Diesel repair experience

• Strong diagnostic skills (heavy diag required)

• ASE certification preferred

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Passion for the automotive industry

• Valid, clean driver’s license

• Must pass drug testing (drug-free workplace)
