$18 hourly + commission

• Engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and online chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard at every interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue through strategic initiatives.
• Track and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.
• Coordinate with marketing to create and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and boost engagement.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is always available to the team.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM(E-LEADS) systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual preferred(ENGLISH AND SPANISH).
