$60,000 – $75,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

45 hours per Week with Rotating Saturdays

About the Role

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to support daily shop operations and act as the right hand to the Store Manager. This role is all about keeping the team aligned, the shop running efficiently, and standards high—especially when things get busy.

What You’ll Do

• Help run day-to-day shop operations
• Enforce processes, safety standards, and workflow
• Lead and coach technicians in real time
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Monitor productivity, ticket quality, and efficiency
• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ownership

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Automotive or mechanical background (preferred)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to hold standards and lead from the front
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must be local to the area (in-person role)
• Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, standing, etc.)
