Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery, robotics, PLCs, and industrial control systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and automation documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement upgrades and optimize system performance.
• Document maintenance, repairs, and system changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train team members on operation, safety, and proper use of automated systems.
• Respond quickly to automation-related issues to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automation, industrial maintenance, robotics, or related technical fields
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read electrical schematics and follow standard manufacturing safety practices
• Experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and robotics (Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa)
• Technical degree/certification in Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
