What your future day will look like:
- Transform legacy systems and manual workflows into modern, scalable AWS?powered solutions while ensuring existing automations run smoothly through proactive debugging and enhancements.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy advanced automation toolsincluding API integrations, complex data pipelines, dynamic reporting systems, and innovative document?management workflows.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines that streamline deployment, improve visibility, and ensure long?term system reliability and performance.
- Design intuitive, user?focused front?end interfaces that allow non?technical stakeholders to easily access key operational insights, while also maintaining high?performance back?end architectures.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation of programming languages, frameworks, cloud services, and emerging technologiesperforming feasibility studies and proofs of concept to drive strategic technology decisions.
- Partner with leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to shape the technology roadmap, identify process?improvement opportunities, enhance data accessibility, and deliver timely support for ad hoc reporting and queries.
- Translate user needs into clear technical requirements, communicate complex logic in accessible terms, maintain thorough documentation, and champion best practices in Agile, version control, compliance, and scalable software design.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Intermediate to Advanced Python Skills
- SQL proficiency with additional programming skills as a plus.
- Co-op, internship, profession and/or coursework experience that involved ELT data pipelines projects, API integration projects, application development and Python-based scripting solutions for automation of tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles
