Automation Developer Analyst: III (Senior)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop automation scripts, bots, and workflows using RPA platforms and scripting tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
• Document automation processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT or business process automation.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, Junit5, Cucumber or a similar tool were programming is required
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Experience with testing APIs
• Solid understanding of process mapping, business analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
