Harry Brown’s Automotive, one of Southeastern Minnesota’s largest and most respected multi-line dealerships, is expanding our sales team! Preferred candidates will have prior experience, but if you have a sales background in any industry, we will train you for success!

What You’ll Do:
- Help customers choose the right vehicle from a large local inventory of new, used, and fleet/commercial options
- Build relationships and rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Work with a service, parts and body shop team that shares the same customer-first mindset
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory, features, and financing options
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to meet goals
- Represent Harry Brown’s Automotive with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive sales / dealership experience is preferred, but those with sales experience in any industry are welcome to apply. We will train!
- Previous retail sales, hospitality, real estate, finance, B2B, B2C, or any consultative selling role experience translates well in this position!
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, selfâ€'motivated attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
