H & H Chevrolet Cadillac's Collision Center is busier than ever and seeking to hire a friendly Parts Person to assist mechanics in obtaining parts for collision repairs, assist wholesale customers in purchasing parts for their vehicles, order parts, stock inventory, and more.
Previous Auto Parts Retail experience is preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with an automotive background! Those with previous Collision, Service or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, Tractor, or Marine Dealerships settings are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts for collision repairs
- Review repair estimates and verify correct parts are ordered
- Work closely with estimators and body technicians to manage supplements
- Receive, inspect, and mirror-match parts for accuracy
- Track backorders and communicate delays to estimators
- Return unused or damaged parts and process credits
- Maintain accurate parts inventory for the collision department
- Ensure proper documentation for insurance and warranty requirements
- Keep parts area organized and repair-ready
Requirements:
- Aftermarket & Factory Auto Parts experience is a plus
- Collision center, body shop, parts, or service department experience from any brand are encouraged to apply!
- GM, Import, Domestic, and/or other dealership experience is a plus!
- CCC ONE, estimating software, or supplement experience is a plus
- Inventory skills and the ability to learn new skills
- Must be able to work full time
- Must have computer proficiency
- Team-oriented, flexible, dependable, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
