We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Attorney to join our prestigious Legal firm. The successful candidate will have a solid background in handling a wide array of personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, and medical malpractice. The candidate should also have experience in dealing with cases involving product liability, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, workers' compensation, class actions, catastrophic injuries, and bankruptcy. This role requires a highly skilled litigator who can effectively represent our clients in court and negotiate beneficial settlements.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting compelling arguments in their defense.
  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial.
  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support claims and defenses.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
  • Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights and obligations.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients.
  • Participate in class action lawsuits and handle cases of catastrophic injury.
  • Deal with cases involving bankruptcy, providing clients with the best legal options.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in the field of personal injury law.
  • Proven experience with car accidents, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, slip and fall incidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, workers' compensation, class actions, catastrophic injuries, and bankruptcy.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong experience in litigation, with a track record of success in court trials.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
