We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Attorney to join our fast-paced and innovative legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, focusing primarily on general liability. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for law and a strong desire to make a difference. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Permanent Attorney, your primary role will be to manage all aspects of general liability cases from inception to resolution.

1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of general liability matters.
2. Represent the company in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
4. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.
6. Liaise and maintain strong relationships with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
7. Keep abreast of current legislation, case law, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
8. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client service.

Job Details

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
4. Proven track record of managing general liability cases from start to finish.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
