Job Details
- Handle matters across corporate business disputes, general civil litigation, and municipal/local government representation
- Appear in Pennsylvania courts (Common Pleas and Magisterial District), including preliminary hearings, motion practice, and bench trials
- Support jury trials and trial preparation as needed
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and pre-trial/dispositive motions; manage discovery and case deadlines
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex civil litigation issues
- Participate in settlement strategy and negotiations with opposing counsel
Looking For All Levels:
- J.D. and active PA Bar license
- Defenese litigation experience
