GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:  The attendance/department secretary works as an assistant to the school secretary in the performance of specific assigned tasks such as registration of students; attendance; student software as well as general correspondence, filing, communication, and reports required of the school office.  The department secretary is an integral part in the efficiency and functionality of the school.

Desirable skills: Word, Excel; good with the public; organized; prompt; bilingual.
