AT&T Sales Associate Daily Duties:
Greet and connect with customers to assess their communication needs.
Present AT&T products and service plans with confidence and clarity.
Close sales and exceed personal and team performance targets.
Educate customers on promotions, bundles, and new offerings.
Upsell additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Support store operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
AT&T Sales Associate Desired Skills and Qualities:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
