AT&T Engagement and Marketing Agent

Zeno Management is looking for an AT&T Engagement and Marketing Agent who is outgoing, enthusiastic and loves connecting with people. We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who can spark conversations and leave a lasting impression wherever they go.

The Brand Ambassador will be a friendly face who will introduce customers to our products & services, sharing what makes them great and spreading excitement about everything we offer. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be out in the community, give product demos, answer questions and show customers how our services make life easier.

What You Will Do As A Brand Ambassador:

• As a Brand Ambassador you will promote our brand and services by connecting directly with residents throughout the Milwaukee, WI neighborhoods
• Present engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain the advantages of our products & service solutions to potential customers
• Create interest and raise awareness by sharing materials and connecting with customers at local events 
• The Brand Ambassador will spot potential leads by engaging directly with customers and connecting interested prospects with the sales team
• Forge quick connections and create lasting impressions with customers as a Brand Ambassador
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to guide future outreach and strategy
• Monitor daily outreach, leads and feedback to support campaign performance reporting

What you have as a Brand Ambassador:

• A high school diploma or GED required 
• Coursework in marketing or communications is a plus 
• Experience in any customer facing role preferred but not required 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Listening and presentation skills to various audiences 
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and confident interacting in lively community environments
