- Collaborate with AT&T Customer Support Representatives on territory scheduling and monitor fiber penetration metrics to track adoption trends.
- Reinforce team performance through professional briefings, consultative service techniques, and alignment with AT&T’s residential growth objectives.
- Assist in onboarding new associates by training them on AT&T Fiber’s symmetrical speed benefits, Wi‑Fi 6 hardware installation, and secure data handling.
- Handle escalated account challenges by resolving service concerns and technical setup questions to ensure seamless connectivity and customer satisfaction.
- Review sales performance data and partner with AT&T Customer Support Representatives to align execution with AT&T Fiber product launches and promotions.
