This AT&T Customer Service Representative role combines relationship management with revenue-focused outcomes, emphasizing consistent customer service throughout the sales process.


As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers, manage accounts, and identify opportunities to enhance services. This AT&T Customer Service Representative position plays a vital role in retention, satisfaction, and growth through effective customer service.


What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Support customers as an AT&T Customer Service Representative whilst maintaining great customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding AT&T’s wireless, internet, and TV services, including billing, plan features, and device support.
  • Act as an AT&T Customer Service Representative, proactively guiding customers to features or upgrades that will genuinely enhance their service experience and result in a sale, driving new direct customer support & sales.
  • Great communication skills, ensuring every client leaves the interaction satisfied with their purchase and the quality of your direct customer service.
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and issue resolution.

Who We’re Looking For in an AT&T Customer Service Agent:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales preferred; candidates with transferable skills from other industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working directly with customers and educating them about AT&T's services as an AT&T Customer Service Representative.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
