AT&T Customer Enrollment Specialist Qualifications: 

• A high-school diploma or GED (required); a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments, with accountability for performance outcomes.
