AT&T Client Services Representative Responsibilities
- Greet and support business customers in person, building rapport quickly and professionally.
- Conduct consultative conversations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate AT&T business services.
- Close service agreements and follow-ups with a friendly, solution-first approach.
- Coordinate with technical and billing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Track customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and meet daily activity targets (calls, demos, follow-ups).
- Participate in team huddles and continuous improvement sessions.
AT&T Client Services Representative Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year customer-facing B2B or telecom/customer support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication — you make complex things easy to understand.
- Empathy and active-listening skills; you build trust fast.
- Proven ability to guide customers to solutions (sales or consultative service experience).
- Goal-oriented mindset — you care about results and customer happiness.
- Reliable, professional, and team-minded.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/degree a plus.
