Compensation: $115k - $160k + case generation bonuses + annual discretionary firmwide bonuses
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid flexibility with occasional travel)

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Associate Trial Attorney to join a plaintiff personal injury practice focused on environmental and toxic tort litigation. This role will primarily handle benzene exposure cases, which involve complex medical and scientific issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with experts and internal teams to build strong cases.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania.
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (2 years considered if exposure to high-value or mass tort cases).
- Strong litigation and trial skills with a passion for client advocacy.
- Excellent research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
