Our client, a leading Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Scientist II to join their team. As an Associate Scientist II, you will be part of the Stability/Quality Operations Department, supporting cross‑functional scientific and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:
Onsite position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Pay Range:
$26.00 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

 

  • Author, review, organize, and track technical documentation including protocols, reports, spreadsheets, and certificates of analysis
  • Develop and execute stability work plans and schedules independently while meeting customer milestones
  • Perform parallel and technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP, site SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

 

What’s Needed?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Sciences (no prior experience required)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, scientific, and mathematical reasoning skills
