This role partners closely with regional marketing teams to understand market needs, manage product lifecycle activities, and track key performance metrics across global markets.

Associate Product Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $37/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Associate Product Manager Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

• Associate Product Manager Responsibilities

  Global Product Oversight

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to gather market insights and ensure consistent global product positioning
  • Support product availability planning, demand coordination, and cross-regional alignment
  • Track and report on product adoption, customer usage trends, and key commercial KPIs

  Product Marketing Support

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, product presentations, and sales enablement tools
  • Assist with campaign execution, product launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy

  Product Lifecycle Management

  • Support full product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and discontinuations
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Maintain product documentation, forecasts, and SKU data for global accuracy

  Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams
  • Participate in customer feedback initiatives and field insights (VOC)
  • Support project timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication

  Associate Product Manager Requirements

  ·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  ·         1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field

  ·         Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environment preferred

  ·         Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
