Description: Our client is currently seeking a Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist
6+ Month W2 Contract | Large Health Insurance Company
About the Role
The Associate Marketing Solutions Specialist partners with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Proposal Development, Product, Informatics, Marketing, and Creative—to develop compelling sales presentations, marketing assets, and customer-facing communications. This role supports a wide range of marketing initiatives for employer group accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-brand materials for finalist presentations, utilization reviews, sales meetings, and client-specific campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and communication plans that support employer group accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Proposal Development, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to produce presentations and marketing collateral for key client engagements.
- Support execution of B2B marketing deliverables across customer-facing channels.
- Plan, create, and coordinate content for recurring communication channels such as quarterly placemats, monthly emails, and weekly e-newsletters.
- Assist in creating member-focused collateral tailored to unique client requirements.
- Participate in dry-run sessions to ensure presentations are cohesive, accurate, and ready for delivery.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s value narrative by sharing insights on emerging client trends and needs.
- Support event marketing efforts for sales audiences—including group clients, brokers, and consultants.
- Maintain strong awareness of customer and business needs and continuously identify new opportunities for client-facing content and messaging.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of marketing and communication principles, methods, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
