As Associate Manager, Merchandising Operations, Tools & Systems, you’ll lead the optimization, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of merchandising tools and systems that support both internal teams and brand partners. The work you do will impact beauty, as you drive operational efficiency, improve ways of working, and ensure our merchandising teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. What You’ll Do:
Lead the rollout and implementation of new and existing merchandising tools and systems from ideation through execution
Manage project timelines, deliverables, recaps, and post-launch action plans to support continuous improvement
Oversee day-to-day operations related to merchandising tools and systems and support cross-functional partners
Develop and execute communication plans and training programs to support change management and system enhancements
Partner with Technology teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and simplify ways of working
Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership
Support user adoption and ensure teams are fully enabled and trained on tools and systems
Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and workflows across the merchandising organization
What You’ll Brin
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, merchandising operations, or a related field
Experience leading large-scale projects, systems implementations, or operational initiatives
Strong change management experience including communications, training, UAT, and post-launch support
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $114,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
