Associate Director, Multi-Asset

We’re looking for an Associate Director- Multi Asset to join the PAA Administration team! In this role, you'll provide day-to-day operational, and project support to the Multi Asset team. Maintaining an efficient and well-coordinated operating environment by assisting with processes across the front, middle, and back office. Act as a partner for strategy, finance, human resources, operations, technology, and other corporate partners. Contribute to team productivity through organizing information, coordinating activities, supporting projects, and ensuring consistent execution of business processes.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Shared Services Liaison for Finance, HR, Ops and IT Management:
- Assist with financial tracking such as reviewing forecasts, monitoring departmental expenses, and helping maintain budgets.
- Support staffing related administration, including coordinating HR processes for hiring, onboarding, transfers, and other routine actions.
- Help manage communication and coordination with IT, including assisting with project timelines, testing, and issue tracking.
- Provide support to Operations and Global Platform teams to ensure smooth investment operations (trade settlement, data capture, performance and reporting workflows).
- Assist with compliance and risk processes, including gathering information on trade errors/incidents and preparing required documentation.
- Support coordination with enterprise risk, legal/compliance, supplier management, internal audit, BCP, and related teams.
- Growth and Business Management:
- Assist with onboarding new client mandates by helping gather materials, organize workflows, and support operational setup.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams on routine requests, content reviews, and campaign prioritization.
- Provide support for team processes such as travel, expenses, policy questions, and access requests.
- Strategic management and communications:
- Support internal strategic initiatives by helping track progress, organize meetings, and prepare materials.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents for committees, boards, and cross organizational meetings. organizational meetings.
- Help coordinate team events such as business reviews, teamwide meetings, and annual offsites.
- Draft or support employee communications in partnership with the PrinAM communications team.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, operations, project coordination, analytics, or similar business support roles.
- Experience in the asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a dynamic environment, and collaborate across teams.
- Comfort working with data, analyzing issues, and proposing practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA.).You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
