Associate Dentist – Private Practice

Dallas, PA | Open to FT or PT | New Grads & Residents Welcome

We’re a busy, well-established private practice in Dallas, PA looking to add an Associate Dentist. This role is a great fit for someone finishing an AEGD or GPR program or an early-career dentist looking for a stable, long-term private practice environment.

Many of our dentists commute from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area, and we’re very open to candidates who want mentorship, real clinical experience, and flexibility as they transition out of residency.

Schedule (Flexible)

Open to full-time or part-time (FT preferred)

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

• $200,000 – $500,000 annually, based on production
• Sign-on bonus available
• Ownership/partnership potential for the right long-term fit

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Comfortable with general dentistry or eager to grow with mentorship
• Open to new grads completing AEGD or GPR programs
