We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Associate Category Manager to help shape and grow our product categories. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction by turning insights into smart, impactful decisions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and gain high visibility with senior leadership while developing your career in category management.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Drive Category Growth & Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of category strategies that deliver both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product assortment—expanding where there’s demand and streamlining where needed.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform decision-making.
  • Recommend pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies to maximize performance and profitability.

Turn Data into Insights

  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, margins, and inventory.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve results.
  • Prepare compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting opportunities and impact.

Manage Product Assortment & Lifecycle

  • Oversee products from launch through end-of-life, making data-driven decisions on introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
  • Help bring new products to market successfully and ensure strong in-stock performance.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to execute category initiatives.
  • Work closely with digital teams to enhance online product listings, promotions, and overall customer experience.

What We Offer:

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $71,000 - $91,450 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
