A well-established boutique law firm in DuPage County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and small businesses, with a focus on family law, real estate, criminal defense, estate planning, and general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, motivated, and comfortable handling matters from intake through resolution.

Job Details
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar (recently barred attorneys encouraged to apply)
0–5+ years of legal experience (litigation, family law, real estate, criminal, or estate planning experience preferred)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently with minimal supervision
Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Illinois court procedures and local practice preferred
