Job Details

Position: Construction Litigation Associate
Experience Level: 4+ years
Location: Tampa office (full‑time, in‑office)
Practice Area: Construction litigation
License: Active Florida law license required

Key Responsibilities
Manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, memos, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
Organize and prioritize multiple matters to manage a dynamic caseload

Qualifications
4+ years of construction litigation experience
Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly organized and proactive in managing workload
