Job Details
Experience:
2–5 years of civil litigation experience in areas such as commercial disputes, tort claims, product liability, insurance defense, or related fields.
Core Skills:
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Ability to handle depositions, courtroom appearances, or client communications (commensurate with experience level).
Professional Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with solid academic credentials
- Active bar membership in the relevant state or willingness to obtain admission promptly.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work collaboratively within a team environment.
