As our Los Angeles office continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, refine their trial skills, and develop within a sophisticated, purpose-driven litigation practice.

This is a hybrid position based in Woodland Hills, typically requiring 2–3 days per week in the office, with flexibility depending on litigation and trial schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $130,000 - $155,000, plus growth-based incentive bonuses

What You Will Do

• Support all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with increasing responsibility
• Assist in preparing for and taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts
• Participate in case-strategy discussions and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
