A well-established Houston law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Estate Planning and Probate practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents, as well as managing estate and trust administration matters.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning instruments.
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Represent executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.
Handle probate court filings, hearings, and related litigation issues such as will contests and fiduciary disputes.
Collaborate with clients’ accountants and financial advisors to design comprehensive planning strategies.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license.
3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration.
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
Experience with high-net-worth clients or complex estate structures a plus.
