Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide legal counsel to special district clients on a wide range of matters
- Draft and review contracts, resolutions, policies, and other governance documents
- Attend public meetings, hearings, and client board meetings
- Perform legal research and advise on regulatory, statutory, and administrative law issues
- Coordinate with team members across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely and proactive communication
- Contribute to firm growth through internal collaboration and strategic insight
Qualifications – Needed
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of the Florida Bar (Required); Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity (Preferred)
- 0–4 years of legal practice experience
- Background or strong interest in public law, administrative law, or local government law
- Demonstrated academic excellence and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a boutique practice setting
