A leading law firm is seeking an associate with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience to join their corporate M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Acquisitions

• Divestitures

• Mergers and joint ventures

• Private equity funds

• Financial institutions

Requirements:
