We are a litigation-focused law firm representing whistleblowers in high-stakes, complex matters involving fraud against the government and the public. Our practice centers on False Claims Act qui tam litigation in federal and state courts, as well as whistleblower submissions before agencies such as the SEC, CFTC, and other regulatory bodies. We also handle select matters involving securities fraud, financial misconduct, antitrust violations, and consumer protection.

Our team is highly collaborative, detail-driven, and committed to meaningful plaintiff-side work that makes a real impact. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated cases and work closely with experienced litigators in either our New York or Hartford office.

Job Details
  • Represent whistleblowers in False Claims Act qui tam litigation in federal and state courts
  • Handle whistleblower submissions and related matters before agencies such as the SEC, CFTC, and others
  • Independently manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets from start to finish
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal filings
  • Conduct factual investigations and case development
  • Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case execution
  • Handle occasional matters involving securities fraud, financial fraud, antitrust, or consumer protection issues
