Our St. Louis office operates as a collaborative team, with associates working directly with experienced litigators and participating in case handling from the outset of each matter. Attorneys are encouraged to develop independence while receiving hands-on mentorship and training.
Rather than a high-volume assembly line practice, we maintain manageable caseloads and focus on developing well-rounded litigators who can confidently handle files as they grow.

Job Details:
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate (0–5 years) to join our growing St. Louis office. This position offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation and the opportunity to develop into an independent litigator with direct mentorship from experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
Conduct legal research and analyze case law
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
Support trial preparation and case strategy
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar
Illinois Bar admission is a plus
0–5 years of litigation experience or strong interest in litigation practice
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments
