Compensation: $110K – $180K

A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its 1st Party Insurance litigation practice in Austin, TX. The practice includes a wide range of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, trucking/transportation, professional liability, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to strengthen their litigation skills, gain hands-on case management experience, and work alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage your own caseload with partner mentorship and oversight
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery
  • Appear in court and participate in trial preparation and proceedings
  • Work with sophisticated clients on complex litigation matters
  • You’ll be part of a team-oriented environment where initiative is encouraged and contributions are recognized.

What We’re Looking For
  • Active Texas law license
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience (defense preferred)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
  • Experience with depositions and discovery processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
