Capabilities and skills of the Associate Account Manager
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience as an Associate Account Manager, in customer service or sales is not required but would be beneficial
Ability to lead and support the team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily
Attention to detail and presentation skills
