We have an exciting careeer opportunity for an Associate Account Executive!
How you'll make an impact:- Gathers the necessary information regarding new/existing accounts and submits this information to the various and appropriate internal departments for implementation.
- Implement and prepare all benefit offerings utilizing a business required workbook.
- Ensure accuracy of all open enrollment materials i.e. benefits guides, systems administration, and reporting to client.
- Attend renewals meetings with broker and client to establish expectations and benefit offerings.
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship and rapport with each insurance carrier to satisfy our clients' needs and facilitate the process of business.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, preferred but not required.
- Minimum two to four years of experience in employee benefit account management preferred.
- Life and Health Insurance licensed preferred, not required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an extreme attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills with ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or other concerns.
- Exception communication skills, both in verbal and written word, necessary to communicate with clients, brokers, carriers, and prospects concerning employee benefit lines of coverage.
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
