What You’ll Do:
Set the Standard for Excellence—lead the nursing team with professionalism, compassion, and innovation.
Ensure Outstanding Resident Care—develop and maintain high-quality care practices that promote dignity and well-being.
Foster a Positive Team Environment—mentor and support staff, encouraging their professional growth.
Ensure Compliance & Best Practices—stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations to keep our community thriving.
Oversee Training & Development—ensure all team members are well-equipped to provide exceptional care.
Manage Departmental Operations—keep the nursing department running efficiently and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced & Compassionate Leader—3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.
Licensed & Credentialed Professional—current IA Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Strong Communicator & Team Builder—exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
Regulatory Knowledge—expertise in long-term care regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
