Assistant Treasurer

- Manage daily cash positioning and cash flow forecasting
- Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
- Optimize working capital and short-term investments
- Oversee banking relationships, account administration, and authorized signers
- Support administration of credit facilities, letters of credit, and loan covenants
- Assist with financing activities and capital structure initiatives
- Support interest rate, FX, and liquidity risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, SOX controls, and internal procedures
- Partner with internal and external auditors on treasury-related audits
- Prepare treasury reporting, cash forecasts, and liquidity metrics for leadership
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A on financial analysis and planning initiatives
- Assist in developing and improving treasury policies, systems, and processes
- Mentor treasury analysts or staff, as applicable
- Support treasury system implementations or enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
- Strong experience in cash management, banking, and liquidity forecasting
- Familiarity with SOX/internal controls and treasury compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills; treasury systems experience preferred
- MBA, CPA, or CTP certification a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
