Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance with plans/specifications
Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
Help manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Support scheduling, sequencing of work, and problem-solving on-site challenges
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Contribute to pre-construction planning and handover processes

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction, preferably as an assistant superintendent, foreman, or similar field role
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building processes, materials, and methods
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
