Description
- Assist in managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and equipment needs.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address issues and ensure project progress.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently on-site.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Previous experience working as a Project Engineer, with a solid foundation in construction management principles.
