  • Stocking and Rotation: Promptly and accurately stock all received items in their designated storeroom locations, by following the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to ensure proper product rotation and minimize spoilage.
  • Area Expertise: Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and security of specific storage zones, including the Produce, Dry Storage, and Protein areas, adhering to all local health and safety regulations.
  • Data Management: Utilize proficiency in Excel and similar computer programs to assist with digital inventory tracking, inputting receiving data, and generating reports as required by the Storage Manager.

3. General Operations and Support:

  • Cleanliness: Maintain the storeroom, receiving dock, and all equipment in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition at all times.
  • Physical Movement: Safely and efficiently move, lift, and stage products using appropriate equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
  • Team Assistance: Provide additional support to the Food & Beverage department during peak operational times as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Required proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic report generation. Familiarity with standard inventory management software is a plus.
  • Product & Contract Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to read and understand complex contracts. Must have a working knowledge of food storage principles, including temperature control, shelf life, and distinct handling requirements for fresh produce, dry goods, and various proteins.

Work Environment and Schedule:

  • Schedule: Full-Time position with a required early morning start time of 6:00 AM.
  • Overtime: The downtown clubhouse operates six days a week. Flexibility is required; Overtime may be approved by the Executive Chef during the busy season to meet operational demands.
