Lights, camera, leadership! We’re currently casting Assistant Sales Manager to join our Atlanta-based sales and marketing team. As an AT&T partner, we deliver wireless solutions with flair - and we need rising stars to help us scale. The Assistant Sales Manager role is ideal for ambitious professionals ready to lead, strategize, and inspire. You’ll manage sales teams, optimize performance, and represent our brand across ATL.

Assistant Sales Manager will be working on:

 

  • Lead customer-facing sales efforts for AT&T wireless products, turning everyday interactions into high-impact conversions.

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed individual and collective goals—think less micromanaging, more game-planning.

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies that keep performance climbing like Midtown high-rises.

  • Engage directly with customers to resolve escalations, ensuring every experience ends with satisfaction and Southern hospitality.

  • Coordinate ATL-based brand activations, pop-ups, and community events that amplify visibility and drive engagement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow Management Associates to shape growth initiatives, streamline operations, and elevate team culture.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and brand representation across all touchpoints.

  • Stay ahead of wireless trends, competitor moves, and Atlanta’s ever-evolving tech landscape to keep your team sharp and informed.

 

Aspiring Assistant Sales Manager must possess the following to be considered:

 

  • 2+ years of leadership, sales, or marketing experience (bonus points if you’ve led teams or launched campaigns)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, delegate, and rally a crew like a true ATL captain.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term vision.

  • Comfortable with performance metrics, KPIs, and using data to drive decisions.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable—able to pivot faster than Trae Young on the break.

  • Passion for Atlanta’s culture, community, and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
