About the Role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support daily restaurant operations across dining, bar, and event spaces. You'll lead front-of-house teams, ensure excellent guest service, and help manage staffing, training, and administrative functions in a high-volume environment.
Position Details:
- Full-time, year-round
- Start: March/April 2026
- Schedule: ~40 hours/week (includes evenings, weekends, holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations and service flow
- Lead, train, and support restaurant staff
- Manage scheduling and control labor costs
- Coordinate service for events, tours, and special requests
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a high-quality experience
- Complete administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
- Support inventory and operational goals
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume food & beverage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer tools
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
