About the Role:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support daily restaurant operations across dining, bar, and event spaces. You'll lead front-of-house teams, ensure excellent guest service, and help manage staffing, training, and administrative functions in a high-volume environment.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, year-round
  • Start: March/April 2026
  • Schedule: ~40 hours/week (includes evenings, weekends, holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front-of-house operations and service flow
  • Lead, train, and support restaurant staff
  • Manage scheduling and control labor costs
  • Coordinate service for events, tours, and special requests
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Complete administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting
  • Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
  • Support inventory and operational goals

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume food & beverage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, and service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
