Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager/Floor Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting our staff to achieve their full potential. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality and service efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations and maintain smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Oversee floor operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Implement and monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing costs.
- Support in scheduling staff and maintaining labor budgets.
- Help develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase traffic and sales.
- Contribute to creating a positive environment for both team members and guests.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations with a commitment to quality and detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
