A well-established high-end residential builder is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support luxury custom home projects throughout the MetroWest area. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale residential builds and the opportunity to grow into a stronger leadership role over time.

Our client is a construction firm that has been operating since the early 1990s and is highly regarded for delivering ornate, custom-built luxury homes. With a tight‑knit team of approximately 30 professionals, the company focuses on premium craftsmanship and maintains a strong reputation in the high‑end residential market.
Description
- Support the Project Manager on high-end residential projects valued $10M+
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Track project progress and help ensure milestones are met
- Participate in job site meetings and inspections
- Maintain organized project records and reporting
- Uphold quality, safety, and schedule standards throughout the build
Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager
- Background in high-end residential construction ($1M+)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers and field leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction-related software and tools
- Must be able to commute to the MetroWest office and project sites
