Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
- Support project managers in ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and resources for projects.
- Help with risk management and problem-solving during project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of experience in the construction
- Experience in the field or exposure to the field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of construction practices and project management principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
