Job Details

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and day to day coordination for active multifamily construction projects
  • Help manage submittals, requests for information, change orders, procurement logs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Support cost tracking, billing support, meeting documentation, and overall project reporting
  • Maintain organized project files and assist with project closeout, punch list follow up, and turnover items

Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting multifamily construction projects in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer capacity
  • Working knowledge of project administration, subcontractor coordination, submittals, requests for information, and change orders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with field teams, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the construction process
  • Proficiency with construction management software and standard project tracking tools is preferred
